The Bizgate Partner Portal uses a prepaid wallet for WhatsApp and Gupshup usage. Add credits to your wallet before sending messages; usage charges are automatically deducted from its balance.
For USD wallets, 1 credit equals 1 USD.
What you can do
- Recharge your wallet to add credits.
- View wallet usage and analytics to monitor consumption.
- Get wallet financial records to download recharge invoices or request a statement.
Before you start
- Sign in to the Bizgate Partner Portal.
- Ensure your billing details and billing email address are up to date. Statements are sent to this email address.
Monitor your balance
Open Wallet from the Partner Portal to view your available balance, overdraft (if applicable), usage summary, and billing history. Set a low-balance alert so you have time to recharge before your balance is depleted.
