App

An application linked to the partner account. An app can appear in Sandbox or Live status.

App ID

The unique identifier displayed for an app on the Apps page.

Joint solution

Joint solutions allow BSP and TP to jointly access the WABA. A joint solution associated with the partner account and listed under Settings > Solutions.

Live app

An app that has completed the required live setup.

Partner ID

The identifier for the partner account. It appears in the Partner Profile and can be copied from the Apps page.

Sandbox app

An app used before live setup is completed.

Two-factor authentication

An account-security method that requires a second form of verification in addition to the primary sign-in method.
