Gupshup Partner Portal

Learn how to access Bizgate Partner Portal and manage your customers, apps, and WhatsApp assets.

Use the Bizgate to manage your business account, business WhatsApp assets (WABAs, Templates), and day-to-day operations in one place.

Background

Bizgate is the self-serve interface for businesses. Businesses use it to onboard and manage customers, create applications, configure WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABAs), and review usage-related information.

Gupshup supports:

  • Tech Providers (TPs) use a Meta solution to jointly manage WhatsApp assets with a solution partner.

Before you begin

Make sure that:

  • You have submitted a partner application at partner.gupshup.io.
  • Your partner application has been approved and your portal access has been activated.
  • You can access the email address used for your partner account.

Limitations

  • Bizgate Partner Portal currently supports WhatsApp as a channel.
  • Some settings and management actions are available only to users with the Admin role.
  • Use the Bizgate Partner API when you need to automate portal workflows or build them into your product.

Get started

Follow these steps to set up your partner account and send your first message:

  1. Get Started as a Partner — sign up and access the portal.
  2. Create your first App — create an application and take it live.
  3. Generate Secret and Token — create the credentials required for API access.
  4. Send your first message — send a WhatsApp message using the Bizgate Partner API.

Manage customers and WhatsApp assets

After your partner account is active, use the portal to manage your customer relationships and WhatsApp setup. Depending on your workflow, you can:

  • Onboard customers and manage their WABAs.
  • Create and configure applications for customer messaging.
  • Review app usage and operational information.
  • Give team members access with the appropriate portal role.

Important information

Keep portal access and API credentials separate. Your portal login is used to manage settings in the UI; partner tokens and app access tokens are used by integrations calling the API. Store credentials securely and rotate them according to your organization's security policy.
